My envelope prints blank

Has anyone figured out how to print envelopes in word 2003 without it
printing blank. I have tried just about everything.
 
Perhaps you're just feeding it wrong (or Word expects it to feed in a
different place). Have you tried printing your envelope on a full sheet of
paper to see where it prints?
