my email address keeps changing to localhost by itself

every morning when i come to work my email address changes to localhost
instead of what it is supposed to be. i know i have to have something
infecting my computer but i havent found anything with all the virus scans or
spy blockers. if anyone has had this problem please let me know what the
solution is.
