My email account

I am having problems setting up my e-mail account. I followed the
directions and it is still not working. Please help??
 
I need some help with getting signed on to my e-mail account. I've spent
hours trying to get my e-mail set up followed the directions and still
nothing. Please help.

I have a gmail email account. After I changed my antivirus software to
avast, I had to configure my account manually instead of automatically. I
noticed there were additional steps that I had not completed. Once that was
done it loading right up. I hope this is helpful.
