my e-mail isnt attatched to my browser

whenever i try to click on an automatic e-mail address on
the net (for instance when i recieve an e-mail and a
differnt address is written, and is now highlighted in
blue) it says that my default mail client isnt properly
hooked up or something. how do i amke it so that i can
click on these addressed and send an e-mail out of my
outlook express?
 
How about going to Tools...Internet Options then in the
Programs tab type in "outlook express" where it says
email, then click apply and OK
