e-mails....

When ever I receive an e-mail with an attatchment on it,outlook express removes these attatchments.When I send an e-mail with an attatchment it comes back as not knowing the address or returned type mail.I know that the addresses are correct.I have checked the setiings and pretty sure they are right to accept all e-mails.Its a new computer with outlook express 6.When I send a e-mail with only text it goes through not a problem.Any suggestions?

removes these attatchments.

It doesn't remove the attachment, it removes ACCESS to the attachment - a
very different thing.
If you'd tried searching on the correct error message you would have found
THOUSANDS of questions and answers.
as it is, try Tools-Options-Security and check the options available.
