My e mail account tells me I have no new messages.

My e mail account tells me I have no new messages yet when I check with myISP
I do. Any ideas?
 
Check how with your ISP ? If your account shows that there is no messages for you to
download then there is no messages
 
Are those non-downloaded messages in your webmail?
If so, are they in the Inbox of webmail? A POP client like Windows Mail
can only download from the Inbox folder on the server.
 
I would suggest you check to see if the mail set up has the option checked
to include 'this mail account' when checking for new mail.
