My documents list files by last used, not alphabetical,fix?

When I open my files, they are by useage not alphabetically listed. How do I
fix this? I need them with folders above, files below, all alphabetical.

Click on the Name header in Details view, or right-click in an open area and
choose Arrange Icons > By Name.
