Look in the right pane for a value called UserInit. It should read:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,
Including the comma at the end. If it doesn't, right click the UserInit
value and select Modify. Change it. The above assumes that Windows XP is
installed in C:\Windows. If not, modify the command above, accordingly.
