Has anyone had this problem? and is there a way to fix it
without re-installing tho OS?

It could be as simple as the folder being added to yr start up.
Reinstalling is not reccommended unless specifically reccomended

I wish it was, there is nothing in my startup.
I believe it's a registry issue, I recently was attacked
with a Trojan virus but my antivirus caught it I just
think maybe it just did't get the virus soon enough.
When I run a virus scan it comes up clean. The folder
opening appears to be the only issue I'm having.
