My documents 2 places

Hi
Why do I have my documentsin two places? The gfirst one is right under
desktop and the other under C: /Documents and Settings /<user>/My Documets.
Both have different data?

They are the same location.

Right click on My Documents, click Porperties and look at the Target: line.
