my display is sideways!

Help!
I came home yesterday and my monitor display has everything sideways. I
have tried restarting my computer and resetting my display options, but
nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Could it be my video card?

If you have an intel board there is a possobility that you could have
hit a key combanation that changes the layout of your screen. Try
pressing Alt+Ctrl+ "Down Arrow". The directional arrows with the
ALT+CTRL combination changes what way is up on the monitor. So the
direction you press is the new up direction on the monitor.
