Windows Vista My Device Manager is Empty and Network Connection Icons are Missing!

My Device Manager is Empty and Network Connection Icons are Missing! Problem occupied after deinstaling PSTools Firewall Plus...

I read off similar questions , but stil I have not decision for that problem!

Any Ideas to solve ?

Windows Vista Home Premium OS,Service Pack2

Plug and Play service is set to Automatic and it is running, but options are inactive...In General Tab Startup type and Service status are not active(gray-color).
 
With System restore I will lose some installed programs...
