If part of the recovery process needs to be talking about things then there are plenty of ears here waiting to hear how things are coming along.

At the moment she is on very strong pain killers + morphine, so she sleeps rather a lot, not much I can do at this time, when she is awake I try to be my usual self telling jokes seem to help her, but I have to leave the room or she will hurt herself laughing.
