my cpu dont boot up

im having a real problem with my cpu at the moment ..... i have bt broadband on my pc and bt went down and i had to reinstall it. after i had done that i got a w32 blaster worm on my pc from microsoft. now my pc will not reboot and will not work i get a message saying...."please insert boot disk into drive A" along with a black screen. i tried to use the boot disks but they do not work. im not a cpu wizzkid so can anyone help me plzzzzzzzzzzzz?
 
Try putting in your anti-virus program emergency boot disk
(floppy)to restart computer.
