My contacts folder will not open in outlook 2000

I can not get to my folders that I have in the contacts. When I click on
contacts I get this message: Unable to expand the folder. The set of folders
can not be opened. Errors have been detected in the file C:\Documents and
settingd\Administrator\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and
then use the Inbox Repair Tool. I can't seem to get to the Inbox Repair
Tool either.

I would do what the error message told you. If you can't run the Inbox
Repair Tool, explain why you can't. You haven't provided any information.
