My computer's screen is blank.

I ran the antispyware today, and after removing what it
had detected, I ran into a multitude of problems. After
restarting, message after message appeared- warning of
different errors. I tried to launch System Restore
several times, but it would either say that I wasn't the
administrator on that computer (which is ridiculous,
because we use only one "user"), or by the time it
opened, a message would appear with a countdown-- saying
that a system32 program- lsass.exe had stopped
unexpectedly, so the system had to shut down. In my
desperation, I located the lsass.exe, and moved it to the
trash bin. I did not however, permanently delete it. But
when I restarted my computer again, the screen is just
blank! I'm going crazy-- is there any possible way to
restore my system without losing all of the software I
have installed over the year??? Please, someone help me!!!

Melissa,

It appears that you have allowed MSAS to delete needed system files.
lsass.exe is also a needed system file. Try the steps in this MSKB
article to see if you can utilize System Restore to roll the system back
to just before you did this :
