Deleting McAfee from my XP caused the desktop My Computer
shortcut to vanish. Now I cannot find My Compuetr in
Search or anywhere else. What to do? Thanks.
 
goto control panel - display - desktop tab
click customize desktop button
make desired changes to desktop icons.
 
Try right clicking on the the start icon, Left click on
explore and try to get to it from there.
