My computer wont start up, it wont even go to the point
where i can put it into safe mode.

What do i do?

If it will not even get to the XP Startup Menu then that indicates a
probably hardware failure of some kind.

You may have to take it to a repair shop or contact the manufacturer
if the computer is still under warranty.

My PC had the same problem few time in last few months, I
used the MS XP cd to installed again every time when the
problem happened. It works but it deleted all data in HD
and the problem happen again and again...
