My Computer will only turn on at 7pm each night

Hello Everyone! Only recently my computer decided that it only wants to work
at 7pm each night. I press the on button before this time, and nothing will
happen. This is very frustrating. Does anyone have any clue on what I've
done to create this? I think I must have set a timer somewhere on the
computer for this to happen. Hopefully someone has heard of this happening
before. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Check to see if the power outlet may be on some type of timer, outside of the
PC.
