My Computer will not boot up

When I turn on my computer, it starts to boot up and gets
to the point where the desktop starts to show, then it
shuts down and tries to reboot. This continually happens
and will not bootup. I treid to boot it on safe mode, and
get the same results. Any suggestions?

Try a Manual repair, tip 2039 in the 'Tips & Tricks' at http://www.jsiinc.com,
followed by reapplication of your latest service pack.
