My computer restarts

i have windows 2000 advanced server.It acts as a primary domain controller. The problem is when ever i login with administrator or any other user it keeps showing the same window ( i mean the same ctrl+alt+delete) screen and show me again user name and password. it never went through to load the OS.

First, there is no such thing as a PDC in W2K, and second, in the case you
denied domain users from logging in at the DC through a GPO setting, the
administrator IS a member of domain users. Deny overides all.

The fix is to login remotely since a W2K DC is 100% available without an
interactive logon at the desktop and modifying the altered GPO. This may
require installing administrative tools on a W2K Pro machine and connecting
via MMC console.

Wrong, the OS is fully loaded. You just haven't the right to log in locally.
