my computer restarts when I am online

Hi, my pc turns off sometimes when I get online. I get a message that says NT Authority system shutdown and it says there is a problem in c:\windows\system32\lsass.exe. and gives me a code# 1073741819. After this happens the only way I can get online is to do a system restore and then after that it only lets me get online for a little while before it shuts me down again

any help would be greatly appreciated
