My Computer, My Documents...

I just did a system recovery on a Windows Xp installed
computer. Now I don't have the basic icons like My
Computer and My Documents on my desktop. I know I can
make shortcuts, but I want the icons to be genuine. How
do I get them back?
 
Right click the Desktop, select Properties, Desktop, Customize Desktop
