My Computer Left side image won't get off my screen at all

Noticed that after you display MY COMPUTER that it has
left the left side System Tasks area and also the Other
Places and Details locked on the left side of my screen.
Changing themes and backgrounds do not help. System Restore
still leaves it on the screen. Any ideas?

From the My Computer folder go to Tools > Folder Options, and under the
General tab select "Use Windows classic folders"
