My computer keeps freezing

constantly jus freezes and i ahve 2 re-start ne1 got ne
advice on how to stop it doin dis?

You'll need to be more specific as to what you are doing
when it freezes up? Also, what type of computer, OS,
Memory etc. Finally, if you're seriously needing help and
not just screwing around, try to speak and type in
english.

This was happening to me and I removed all the Windows

Hot patches that I had downloaded. I am in the process of
downloading them one at a time to see which one was the
one that caused the freezing.
