My computer keep restarting!!!!!!!!!

I have loaded XP Pro on my machine and I keep getting a box come up saying
LSA Shell (Export Version) has encountered a problem and needs to close. I
then get another box come up saying the computer will restart in xx seconds.
Can anyone help??????????????????????????
