My Computer Icon

I like to use the Classic veiw for start up because I get the icon for My
computer on the desktop. some how I seem to have deleted that icon and I
want it back...not the short cut but the original Icon...so that when I
right click it and select properties I can get back to the device manager...
Please help me soon

Start > Control Panel > Display > Desktop (tab) > Customize Desktop > CHECK
My Computer > OK > OK

Customize Desktop button | General tab |
Desktop icons | Select what you want on the Desktop:

My Documents
My Computer
My Network Places
Internet Explorer
