the "My Computer" program/service doesn't work correctly
on one of our computers using XP Pro SP2. When we double
click on My Computer, the appropriate window opens;
however, we can't access printers through this (the
system hangs, and we have to "end" My Computer). We have
similar results on some, but not all, functions. For
example, we can explore the local computer, but usually
have trouble if trying to access network destinations in
this way. What gives? Can it be "repaired", or do I
need to consider a complete system reinstall?
