My Computer Folder???

Running XP Pro SP3. How can I get the "Shared Documents" and all other
user's "My Document" out of the default My Computer view? I know that it can
be done because the workstations at my job run it and they do not show up.

to remove the "Shared Documents" folders from
"My Computer":
