My Computer does not open

When I try to open My Computer I get a window:Datas execution prevention
To help protect you computer Windows has closed this program

You receive a "Data Execution Prevention" error message in Windows XP
Service Pack 2 or in Windows XP Tablet PC Edition 2005

There is probably malware on your computer that is causing the Data
Execution Prevention error message. Run an updated virus scan, and d/load,
