My Computer Display

I changed some "Folder Options" and now the "My Computer"
window no longer divides the devices into types ( i.e.,
Removable Devices, etc). All devices are still displayed
but no longer grouped into types. Is there a way to
restore the grouping?

Right Click in the open My Computer Window then choose Arrange Icons By
and then check Show in Groups. That should do it.

Click Start, click Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then
click Folder Options. Or, open any folder, such as My Documents, and on the
Tools menu, click Folder Options.

On the General tab, under Tasks, Use category view

In its View - Arrange items by, click on Show in Groups' so it gets
checked
