My Computer Disappeared from Desktop

I know that somehow I deleted it, however, it wasn't in the deleted folder.
It is now missing it in all 3 accounts I established.

I tried to find the correct thing to put it back. I got a 'my computer'
icon but all that does is is a shortcut that takes me to My Computer.

Is there any way to restore My Computer to the desktop?

goto control panel - display - desktop tab
click customize desktop button
make desired changes to desktop icons.
