My computer boots it self

I have XP pro i just connected Broadband than my computer
start it self without my knowlege i need urgent help pls.

Open your computer's BIOS and disable "wake on LAN" and/or "wake on ring".

If you do not know how to open the BIOS, consult your computer's
owner's manual for instructions.
