we are only a small company with less than 20 PC on a network, we are on the
same subnet, but I find that I can't share a folder to let my colleague see
it, I found that although I can ping my colleague PC in our company network,
but my colleague can't ping my PC, what is the reason?

Thx!!

As Richard implies - probably the firewall. You do not state if your
colleague can access (ping) other computers If not, have your colleague ping
his computer (ping 127.0.0.1 or ping localhost) - if not successful
indicates TCP/IP at fault.
