my clip art disappeared

I thought I was finished with my presentation, then I decided to add another
slide in the middle. I was inserting a few small pieces of pre-loaded clip
art to pick from, and the last one I picked took up the whole screen.
When I tried to get rid of it, all of my clip art disappeared! It only shows
up in the column of slides on the left side of the screen, and when I play
the slides. Before, it was visible all the time. Now, only the text shows. I
can click on where the clip art should be on the slides, and the little box
(of circles at the corners and sides) shows up, but nothing is in it.
The slide show plays fine, but I just can't see the clip art while in the
editing stage. Help!
