Sounds like you have animations applied to elements on the slide. You will
need to open the animation pane (varies on how to access, let us know what
version of PPT you are using) and then reorder the animations.
Right. Your graphic must be at or near the bottom of your other slide
animation effects. Locate the effect and relocate it near the top. Test
your presentation until the graphic comes-in where you want it.
