So when you go to the Control Panel's Mail applet, click Email accounts,
choose View/Change existing email accounts and click Next... nothing shows
up? If you choose to add it again, what happens?
It shows up there and it says it sends my test mail but when I go to check
the email, it does not show up in the inbox. That's where I can't find it. It
tells me everything is set up correctly but there is not test mail in the
box. If I check it with Interent Explorer the mails is there.

No. No errors show up. It does not show up at all. The inbox is empty. My
hotmail shows up and it is not supposed to work with Outlook but it does show
up in it's on hotmail inbox in Outlook. I can use it for the hotmail account
but not the charter account.
