my camcorder will not upload videos to my laptop it just keeps saying reformat in removable disk f

can anyone help me sort this out .when I first got this it worked perfectly but im sure it was removable disk e
 
it's nucking fackard ... however, if you can give us more information, it may help.

What camcorder? Is the storage device/card removable? What Laptop?

did you try any other PC? Laptop?

camcorder is sony handycam hdr-cx330,storage device is a removable 64gb micro card,and laptop is a sony vio
-model type pcg-71911m
 
Can you reload/update the software on the camcorder via usb?
