My C drive is now inaccessable to the administrator

I denied permissions from everyone except the
administrator for my C: boot drive (partitioned with
another drive for my data). Now when the computer starts
up, it tells me (the admin) that the C drive does not
exist. I have tried to get into the C drive to grant
permissions for everyone but I don't know how to do
this. The C drive shows up in My computer but when I
click on it (either right or left click) the computer
freezes. Thanks for your help. - Glenn

You might need to take ownership of the C drive first. This article should
