My Browser Window Closes When I Sign Into Outlook Web Access

It all started when I was looking for a new buddy icon.
All of a sudden, I start getting pop-ups, even right when
I open explorer. And then when I try to log into my work
e-mal thru outlook web access, as soon as I hit the OK
button after I enter my user name and password, the
window closes. Can someone please help me. I can't wait
for an hour on the phone with tech support.
