MY BATTERIE!!!!

I just purchased a new last top 1 week ago? Could my batterie be done
allready???
I checked everything - made sure it was plugged right, did driver updates
ect ect

It says:"0% available(plugged in, not charging)...I've tried everyhing could
someone please help??

You need to contact the manufacturer of your new laptop computer
and discuss the battery issue with them.
