My automatic dial feature will not work

My automatic dial feature will not work with my new HP Pavilion Elite m9515f.
What can I do?

You've posted no information. You posted in an Outlook group. Outlook has no
such feature.
Are you saying your Windows dialer is not working? If so, state precisely
what you are doing and what happens. State what you think should happen that
isn't.

The feature is Outlook Contacts. Under "Action" there is the option to "call
contact". By clicking this feature, the number will be automatically dialed.
The feature worked on my Sony Vaio but not on my HP.

That's absurd. Dialing from Outlook has nothing to do with ISPs or Internet.
