you click it,it'll show up,if it don't,put the arrow up
to the line till it turns into separate arrows,left click
and hold it down while you roll the mouse down.
Under IE> View> Toolbars, Address Bar is checked, right?
Try...
Right-click on your toolbar and uncheck "Lock the toolbars." Grab the
"handles" on the other toolbars and move them around- up & down as well as
sideways. The address bar should appear.
