How do you move an existing Win2k Domain, to another a new Win2k server,
then retire the old.

I want to move user, computers, SIDs, etc. Domain name stays the same.

Add the new server as a member server then run dcpromo on it to make it a
second domain controller in the same domain. AD will replicate all your
user and computer accounts to the new domain controller. Then run dcpromo
on the old server to demote it.
