MX440 TV-Out vs. Asus Radeon 9200SE

Hi all.

I am not looking to start a religous war here, but I would like opinions
on the TV out quality and capabilities of the MX440/FX5200 cards (MSI)
vs. the Asus Radeon 9200 SE.

OS is Win2000 SP4, system is a Celeron 600MHz on an Intel 845 chipset
based board.

I have a friend who just needs to be able to watch DVDs and needs a card
with a DVI-D connector, so I'm looking the nVidia based MX440/FX5200
cards and the ATI based Asus Radeon 9200. Cards are priced about the
same(~68 USD).

I'm not too experienced using TV out on these newer cards (it always
sucked on cards like the ATI PC2TV or STB Velocity 4400), so I welcome
all coments, positive and negative.

Thanks,
Jeff.

Tv out quality is generally better on ATI's card. I never tried 440MX or
9200se, but I did tried Gf2PRO vs r8500LE and 9000, and both r9000 and
r8500le had top quality tv-out (as good as it can get). For movies, Ati is
DA BEST! With teather mode on 9000 it was almost like dvd-playback
