It is true Charlie, and I'm glad not just because the Iphone limits the
choice of carriers. ATT has been a real prick along with other Telecoms
including Verizon in lying about wiretapping the public--not just Americans
and trying to hide behind the skirts of a lying Bush Justice Department
using a State Secrets defense that is purely surrealistic and they are about
to lose big in more than one Court of Appeals--the Ninth will be the first
of many. Microsoft hasn't had clean hands either, because they have
compromised their Live searches bending over backwards to accomodate the law
breaking US government. MSN also lied about their involvment in turning
over searches to their own employees for two years before admitting it.

What a mug shot. Was there ever a kid that more represented the image of a teenage geek cracker?

I'm sure Apple will be happy to read the sub head:

"HACKERS have unlocked ===>Microsoft's <=== new iPhone, allowing it
to be used by any network.

ROTFLMAO!

Nobody else got it Adam :(

Still maybe it was "Microsoft's" IPhone, ie the one the guy in Bombay
uses for the validations calls. Probably worn out now after last weekend :)

What's even more ironic is that in the intervies the kid did with NPR he
actually invited Steve Jobs to call him to discuss marketing etc. Lemme
see here... Steve Jobs - Bill Gates. I suppose if you add up the number
of letters the names are about the same :)

<Whatever do you mean? Do you mean no one gets his 'steppin' 'n' fetchin
'lunacy' but you? But I do get that you're one of his little band of
posse rear-end kissers, and you do that very well. Don't forget to use
Billy's YK-C*nt-Cream the next time you pucker-up, old boy. <G>>
