MusicMatch problem

If there's a newsgroup for MusicMatch, please point me to it.

My problem is, it says I am not connected to the internet when I
definitely am. I can't request an upgrade because it thinks it can't
access the internet. I'm using version 10 - maybe there's no upgrade anyway.
My other problem is that clicking on a song title should invoke my
default player, but nothing happens.
When I go to the Musicmatch web site, it appears it wants me to pay for
it. I think I can download older versions for free, so I'll do that if I
have to - then request an upgrade. Would that work?

Thanks for any help.

The latest version listed on the http://www.musicmatch.com site is 10.
Musicmatch is free but the Plus version is about $20.

Version 10 seems to require WinXP Media Center Edition. There is no
mention of what would go wrong if you just have WinXP Home or Pro. Maybe
your problem is that you don't have Media Center.
