Musicmatch Jukebox Runtime error

Just got new pc with Musicmatch already installed. Musicmatch working fine a
few days ago, today I am getting Runtime Error
Crogram Files/Musicmatch/Musicmatch Jukebox/mmjb.exe
Nothing has changed or been altered from the time it was working until the
time it was not working. Help, please!

I believe it is a part of Real. Might want to call their support line on this issue. If it is a new PC and you have done nothing like download or change anything and it came with the PC I would also call the support of the PC Manufacturer.

Contact Musicmatch support or your computer vendor's tech support.

pc manufacturer will not help without charging me. Musicmatch support
non-existent. Have already tried all of this and am looking for alternative
answers.

Have already tried to contact Muscimatch and their support is horrible. Dell
wiill not help me without charging me for support, even though the pc is 1
week old. Thank you but I am looking for other alternatives.
