Musicmatch, IPOD, XP

On my Dell P-4 with XP-Pro get musicmatch to add my IPod
as a device to download to. The computer recognizes the
IPOD when it is hooked up via the firewire connection but
when I try to add device it goes thru the motion but
nothing ever shows up.

I've tried using the software that came with the IPOD,
tried Musicmatches latest and greatest, tried
Musicmatches download for IpODs.

I know it has to be this computer because it works on my
old Dell P-2 with windows ME.

Microsoft can't help support any of this software, you need to ask Apple for
support. btw, Apple released iTunes for Windows XP which works great with
my iPod.
