Musicmatch, can't get no help

I have a new Dell 8400 computer with Windows XP. I'm having trouble (again)
with Musicmatch Jukebox. I have songs on my account that I'm trying to
download. They seem to go through the download completely but at the end it
gives me this ERROR [DLS_ERR_License]. Says that I either do not have certain
files or they are corupt. You can't talk to any support people at Musicmatch
support, they have no phone number for technical support. They also don't
answer your E-Mail technical questions. They "SUCK" can anyone else help me.
Everytime I log in there the songs again try to download and stop at that
error. Thanks in advance if you can help me

They will... if you have a Plus subscription. Otherwise you get this:

If you need assistance with a Musicmatch Music Store purchase please use
the following URL to submit your request:

I have WinXP and an el cheapo eMachine and have successfully d/l music
for the past 2 days through MM. Have you checked with Dell support?

Do you perhaps have a problem with your subscription. Did your computer
come with the Plus membership? Sometimes EOMs send customers upgrade
keys they have to enter, to use some services. Just a swag.

I'd check with Dell, you may not be the only customer who's had this
problem. I know, they don't usually support other software, but you
might get lucky.

BTW, what version of MM are you using, and do you have XP2 installed?
Just comparing what I am using with success vs what you may have. :)

Thanks for the reply. Yes I have "plus" installed and my subscription is up
to date. I had no problem like this with my old machine. The problems there
was it constantly locked up if you weren't careful. Thats what I meant about
"again" I called Dell but the one I talked to wasn't very knowledgable about
MM. I don't mind having a problem, but when you can't get any help and they
ignore your requests, that bothers the heck out of me.

I completely understand your frustration. I had a taste of it, finding
out that my upgrade wasn't working, because my "Plus" subscription had
expired, and it was giving me some other weird message. I finally quit
trying and just downloaded the new version 10 [basic program] last week,
and haven't had any other problems... yet. ;)

Have they sent you a list of troubleshooting links like this below?
